Beyond The Therapy Office
My work extends beyond the therapy room.
Through partnerships with school districts, Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE) programs, community organizations, and nonprofits, I provide workshops, parent education, staff trainings, and family support programming designed to strengthen the systems that support children and families.
Alongside my colleague Amber Remackel, I also facilitate family-centered presentations and workshops focused on mental health, emotional regulation, parenting, school avoidance, anxiety, and building resilience. Our goal is to make mental health information practical, accessible, and meaningful for the communities we serve.
Whether I’m supporting an individual client, a family, a classroom, or an entire organization, I believe lasting change happens when people feel connected, understood, and equipped with the tools they need to thrive.

Let's Get Started
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel big. If you’re ready to connect, I offer a free consultation where we can talk about what’s bringing you in, answer any questions, and see if working together feels like the right fit.
